Parkour--Level 2--Tuesday

Level: Parkour-Level 2

This is an obstacle course training specific for kids. In this course students will work to build their upper body strength, motor skills, balance, agility, and confidence.  They will be learning how to safely practice flips and tricks.  All while having FUN!! This is a high energy course that is designed to challenge kids to tap into their inner Ninja!

Level 1--Ages 5-8

Level 2--Ages 9-15
