It is no secret that physical activity increases your overall health and well being.  This class is meant to educate students on the importance of nutrition and physical activity in their daily life.  We believe that kids need to be introduced to a wide variety of activities, in the hope that they will find something that they love to do!  Exercise (and this class) should be fun! It should not be something that your child feels like they are forced to do. Staying active should be something that they LOVE to do! This class will be non-stop movement with games and fitness the entire time.  Students will increase their cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and improve their strength.  Our curriculum is based around National Physical Education Standards (NASPE).  Students will set goals and work to accomplish them each class!
