5:1 Ratio, 45 minute class, Co-Ed


In this class students independently work with the instructor. The body shapes that are previously taught start to build on the technique. Advanced skills are continued to be broken down to help their body form to each safe and correct shape. We also introduce the children to the correct gymnastics terminology and equipment. Strength conditioning will start to focus more on single timed sets to build strength.
