ACRO 2016.2017 TOP CLASS (Inactive)

Focuses on strengthening hip flexors, quadriceps, core and balance. Top Class emphasis floor and block (hand pedastals) work. Meanwhile working on straddle, tuck and pike positions and well as building up to a strong handstand foundation. This class is great if you want to advance your floor work and learn new skills.
