Athletes in this class have mastered their standing and running back handsprings. This class focuses on both running and standing tucks and works up to running layouts and standing series to layouts. Coaches will make proper accommodations to make sure your athlete is challenged at their current skill level. This class will also incorporate drills and conditioning that help your athlete perfect their technique and master body control.
Pre-Requisites: Standing & Running Series (3) Back Handsprings that gain speed.
Pre-Requisites to move to Twisting Class: Round-Off Back Handspring Layout with good form.
