“Ninja” Obstacle training:
Ninja workout is a fun opportunity for boys or girls to build physical fitness through apparatus training. Ninjas develop strength, agility and coordination using specific obstacles like the warped wall, triple stairs, climbing ropes as well as traditional gymnastics apparatus. 60 minute class for beginners or intermediates build risk awareness, courage and self-discipline. Obstacles that involve height, motion, gravity, and balance challenge kids to test their stamina and endurance.
